Booking
We do not require a credit card to book and hold an appointment but, we reserve the right to require a credit card for clients after one or more no-show appointments. Note: Consultations require a deposit.
Cancellations
We request 24-hour notice for weekday cancellations and 48-hours for weekend cancellations.
Late Arrivals
We buffer a little time between clients and can accommodate late arrivals up to 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the treatment time will be reduced but the rate will be for the full treatment. After 25 minutes, the treatment will be cancelled.
